Billing policies

FirstLink Technology, INC. bills services two different ways.

The first is real-time billing. This is for services that are able to be modified during the course of the month where price changes can occur. On the customer invoice statement these services only show the line item description and charge.

The second is pre-billed. This is for services that remain constant during the course of the month. On the customer invoice statement these services are shown as a line item description with a date span (the next month) of the service below.

Most services are billed a month in advance.
