I can receive newly composed e-mails but replies don't reach my inbox

Check that the e-mail profile is set with the correct from address. Your e-mail will not automatically supply the address you use. If the profile address is correct, check with the recipient to see if they receive a particular error message or bounce back when they try to reply.
