Leave a copy of my message on the server

If you use different applications to get your e-mail in different places leaving a copy on the server allows you to re-download the message to another client or machine. This is found in the "More Options" "Advanced" tab in your Outlook e-mail account settings. If no option is set to leave a copy, the message downloads off the server to your e-mail client. When setting this option you are able to specify the amount of time a message is left on the server, a couple days will give you the ability to check from other locations and not overload your e-mail account.
