Not all e-mail you don't want is SPAM. If you have inadvertently signed up for a mailer or some type of e-mail notification by law they are required to have an unsubscribe method. Because these e-mails are validly sent to you our filters will not notice anything about them that would classify it SPAM and append a tag.
