Someone is sending as my address/domain

This is a SPAM technique used to cover their tracks. Anyone can send an e-mail as any address. Depending on mail server checks and policies, these messages can pass by with a forged from address. If the recipient is not valid and the e-mail bounces, the undeliverable message will deliver to the forged from address. As an ISP, FirstLink is required to deliver "Undeliverable" mail messages to be RFC compliant.
